3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use WithYouChat. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use WithYouChat for:

  • Any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Harassment, abuse, threats, or harm to others
  • Impersonating any person or entity
  • Attempting to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the service
  • Probing, scanning, or testing system vulnerabilities
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or extract source code

  • Generating spam or malicious content
  • Attempting to use AI companions for sexual, erotic, or NSFW conversations
  • Any purpose that violates our Acceptable Use Policy

While conversations are private, we reserve the right to monitor and review content to:

  • Maintain and improve our AI systems and services
  • Respond to legal requirements or safety concerns
  • Investigate abuse or violations

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice.

7. AI Limitations

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are interacting with artificial intelligence, not a human being
  • AI companions do not possess genuine consciousness, feelings, or emotions
  • AI companions may make mistakes, provide inaccurate information, or misunderstand context
  • AI responses are generated automatically and do not constitute professional advice
  • You should not rely on AI companions for critical decisions
  • AI behavior may be unpredictable and is provided "as is"

8. Payments and Access Passes

Payment Authorization

When purchasing a WithYouChat access pass, you authorize a single charge for the price displayed during checkout. Payments are processed securely by authorized third-party payment providers. WithYouChat does not store complete payment card details on its servers.

One-Time Purchases Only

WithYouChat does not offer subscriptions. All purchases are one-time payments for a fixed access period (7 days or 30 days). There are no recurring charges, no automatic renewals, and no future billing after your purchased access period expires.

Access Period

Each access pass provides paid features for the stated duration (7 or 30 days) beginning at the time of purchase. During this period, you have access to all paid features as described on the pricing page.

Access Expiration

Paid access automatically expires at the end of the purchased access period. No additional payment will be collected automatically. To continue using paid features after access expires, you must actively purchase another access pass.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, access will not be granted. Please verify your payment details and try again, or contact your bank. For payment issues, contact us at support@withyouchat.com.

Refunds

Price Changes

We may change access pass prices. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect purchases already completed.

Taxes

Prices displayed may or may not include applicable taxes depending on your location. Any applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

WITHYOUCHAT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • AI responses will be accurate, complete, or reliable
  • Any defects will be corrected
  • The service meets your requirements

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WITHYOUCHAT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability, or $100, whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WithYouChat from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another person or entity.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of WithYouChat shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Herzliya, Israel.
