This Refund Policy explains our policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and billing for WithYou services.

Free Trial Period

WithYou offers a free trial to new users. During the trial period, you can explore our service at no cost. No refund is necessary as no payment is collected during the trial.

The free trial automatically ends after the specified number of messages or time period. You will be prompted before any charges occur.

Monthly Subscriptions

Billing

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the next billing date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support at support@withyou.chat

When you cancel:

  • You retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • No refund is provided for the current billing period

14-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with your first monthly subscription purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment, provided you have sent fewer than 10 messages during this period.

To request a refund:

  1. Email billing@withyou.chat within 14 days of purchase
  2. Include your account email and reason for refund
  3. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Note: The 14-day refund window applies only to your first subscription purchase and only if you have sent fewer than 10 messages. Renewal payments are not eligible for refunds.

Pay-As-You-Go Credits

Non-Refundable

Pay-as-you-go message credits are non-refundable once purchased. Credits remain in your account and do not expire.

Unused Credits

Unused credits remain available in your account indefinitely. You may use them at any time, even after canceling a subscription.

Billing Issues and Disputes

Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you've been charged in error or without authorization, contact us immediately at billing@withyou.chat

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. After multiple failed attempts, your subscription may be suspended until payment is resolved.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company, we may immediately suspend or terminate your account. Please contact us first to resolve any billing issues.

Account Termination by WithYou

If we terminate your account for violation of our Terms of Use, no refund will be provided for unused time or credits.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle—new prices take effect at your next renewal.

If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to provide refunds outside the standard policy on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances. Such decisions are at our sole discretion and do not set a precedent for future requests.
