WithYou companions are not therapists, counselors, psychologists, or medical professionals. We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or provide clinical mental health care.

✗ Crisis intervention

Our AI companions are not trained or equipped to handle emergency situations, suicidal ideation, self-harm, or acute mental health crises.

✗ Professional advice

We cannot provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for these matters.

✗ Human connection replacement

WithYou is designed to supplement, not replace, human relationships and professional support. We encourage you to maintain and build real-world connections.

Safe usage guidelines

Be honest about your needs: If you're experiencing severe depression, anxiety, or other mental health conditions, please work with a licensed mental health professional alongside using WithYou.

Know the limits: If you find yourself discussing crisis situations, self-harm, or feeling unsafe, it's time to reach out to professional emergency services.

Maintain other support: Use WithYou as one tool among many. Continue building and maintaining relationships with friends, family, and professionals.

Trust your instincts: If something doesn't feel right or helpful, stop using the service and seek appropriate support.

How to report issues

If you experience inappropriate responses, technical issues, or have safety concerns about the service, please report them immediately:
